Cooling-off period

You may cancel a package purchase within 14 days of payment for a refund of the package price, provided any physical goods are returned unused and in resalable condition. Shipping costs may be deducted.

Effect on commissions

When an order is refunded, any commissions generated by that order are reversed from the upline wallets. This protects the integrity of the compensation plan.

How to request

Contact support with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within a reasonable period.

Non-refundable

Commissions already withdrawn, and packages outside the cooling-off window or returned used, are not refundable except where required by law.
